This year, my goal academically is to maintain a GPA of 3.7 or above and athletic wise I plan on pushing myself a little bit more everyday.
Academically, I can achieve having a 3.7 GPA or above by keeping up with my assignments in each class and to make sure I manage my time wisely. Last school year I had very poor time management and that caused a plentiful amount of stress, so this year since I have a larger workload, I will manage my time more wisely. Whether that being, going out with friends less, or maybe even taking time out of my day to write in my planner. The little things that'll help me during a time of stress, such as: taking 10-20 minute naps after a study session, or eating small portions of healthy snacks, meditating, re-organizing, anything small like that can help me better my time management and stress level for this oncoming year. To add on to how I can accomplish my academic goals, I can learn to procrastinate less and get the work done and out of the way when I receive the assignment the day of. Procrastination is also a key reason as to why my stress levels are so high, and why my GPA suffers.
My goals athletically, are to work harder and harder a little bit each day to slowly improve myself and my work ethic on the field. As being part of the Mayfair Softball team, I find that showing effort and a hardworking attitude are a must when playing for our school. Because not only do you have to have the great, positive mentality, you have to already kind of have the mindset of "Okay, you've made it this far, now keep going until you've made it to the end. Then go even further, because I know for a fact you're more than capable of making it." That's what I've kind of already learned from my first year, last year of being part of the Mayfair Softball family. They push you to the best of your ability to make you a better athlete in general, and that's what I love about the coaches and the program.
In the near future, my goals are to graduate high school with above average grades and to have my letter from Softball in my senior year. Having that letter would let me know that I've made it to the end of my high school softball career, so what now? When I grow up, I want to be a behavioral psychologist. The way people act and why they do have always sparked an interest in me and I never knew why. I want to go to an Ivy League school, either Columbia or New York University, but having a Masters in Physchology or even a PhD would be a dream come true. The only way I can succeed in any of these goals though, is to start now and make sure I'm keeping up with even the small things in high school.

I thoroughly agree with your goals of organizing, and being able to time manage efficiently. Your intent to cut back on the procrastination is also something I'd like to achieve as well, and with the amount of work that is ahead, I agree that maintaining that balance is crucial. Your goals are great, and I hope to see myself achieve some of the same goals you've set for yourself.
